We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our HR interim and temporary recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist market, partnering with clients to deliver high-quality HR professionals into contract, interim and temporary assignments across a wide range of businesses.
With demand often moving quickly, you'll play a key role in helping organisations secure talent at pace whilst developing lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
The Role
You'll manage the full recruitment cycle across temporary and interim HR appointments, developing a network of clients and candidates and becoming a trusted specialist within your market.
Working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals, you'll provide consultative advice, respond to urgent hiring requirements, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions in a highly active and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a specialist desk focused on temporary, contract and interim HR recruitment.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Source, interview and represent high-quality HR professionals for interim and temporary assignments.
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and candidates to ensure an outstanding experience.
- Provide market insights, salary guidance and recruitment advice.
- Negotiate offers, rates and contract terms.
- Deliver against revenue and performance targets while continuing to grow your market presence.
