I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing education group for an experienced People Partner to join their evolving People function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation, where you'll play a key role in shaping people practices, influencing senior leaders and driving positive organisational change.
Working closely with Heads of School and senior stakeholders across multiple sites, you'll combine strategic HR partnering with hands-on operational delivery, providing expert guidance across a broad range of people matters.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and capability.

Partnering with senior leaders to provide proactive, commercially focused HR advice.

Supporting organisational change, restructures, redundancy consultations and TUPE processes.

Advising on workforce planning, people strategy and employee engagement.

Supporting safer recruitment, onboarding and safeguarding compliance.

Driving improvements to HR policies, processes and management capability.
What we're looking for:

CIPD Level 5 qualified (or above).

Strong generalist HR experience, particularly complex employee relations.

Proven experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders.

Experience supporting organisational change and restructures.

Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.

Experience within education would be advantageous, although candidates from other sectors with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.

Confidence working autonomously across multiple sites.
