International Payroll Specialist - 3 month contract - London - up to £250 p/d
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered again, with a well known media company, who are looking for a International Payroll Specialist, on a 3 month contract basis, with the potential of extending. The International Payroll Specialist, will be responsible for the end of end payroll process for 300 international employees, across the UK, EMEA, APAC & the Americas. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll administration. This role is on hybrid basis consisting of 3 days per week, based in their London office.
The International Payroll Specialist will have the following skills:
- Process end to end payroll, across UK, EMEA, APAC & the Americas, via Cloudpay, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Ensure payroll processes comply with UK legislation, statutory requirements and company policies
- Post reconciliation, provide approval to third party payroll providers
- Managing new joiners and terminations
- Review reports and liaise with internal partners to ensure the data/all changes are accurate and complete
- Ensure all employees are accurately recorded in Workday
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and support audits, reporting and year-end processes
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:
- Minimum of 5 years' hands on payroll experience on an international scale
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise in a busy environment
- Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
- Excellent communication skills
