Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Working model: Remote, must be within commutable distance to one of the office locations
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Contract: 3-6 months initially, with potential to extend to 12 months.
Hourly rate: $34-$53 per hour, dependent on geography

We are working with a prestigious global law firm seeking a Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide immediate support to a high-volume Talent Acquisition team. The role will support legal recruitment activity across multiple practice groups, helping to deliver a seamless candidate experience while providing strong administrative and operational support.
The role:
- Coordinate talent acquisition activity across assigned practice groups, including lateral hiring and occasional support for student recruitment.
- Support the full lateral recruitment process, including creating requisitions, posting roles, coordinating interviews and gathering candidate feedback.
- Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones, working with candidates, search firms and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate recruitment administration including conflicts, background checks, vendor invoices and expenses.
- Support the onboarding of new agency relationships and related agreements.
- Assist with summer associate recruitment activities, including evaluations, practice group events and summits.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and produce reports for HR and business leadership.
- Contribute to market intelligence, research and other Talent Acquisition projects.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strong recruitment brand throughout the process.
- Provide occasional flexibility outside standard hours where required.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in legal recruitment, Talent Acquisition coordination or a similar professional services environment.
- Previous law firm or legal recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interview scheduling experience is essential, particularly within a high-volume environment.
- Experience working across multiple US time zones is advantageous.
- Experience with Taleo, Workday or a similar ATS.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and technically savvy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates, recruiters, attorneys and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
