Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you'll work closely with senior leaders across the business to design, deliver and continuously enhance programmes that strengthen capability, accelerate talent and support long-term organisational performance. This is a broad and highly visible role, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of learning, talent and development initiatives. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, taking ownership of flagship programmes, managing external partners and helping to drive a culture of continuous development across the organisation.

This role would suit an experienced OD/L&D professional who enjoys programme ownership, stakeholder engagement and delivering meaningful development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of flagship leadership and development programmes across the firm.
  • Manage an established learning curriculum, working with external providers to design, deliver and evaluate training solutions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify development needs and implement impactful learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate a structured apprenticeship programme, including stakeholder engagement, approvals, programme set-up and participant experience.
  • Support the annual performance management cycle, working closely with HR Business Partners to coordinate objective setting and performance reviews.
  • Manage relationships with external learning and development suppliers, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively and provide value.
  • Organise and deliver learning events, workshops and development activities across the business.
  • Analyse programme effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support wider organisational development projects, employee engagement initiatives and talent programmes.
  • Oversee recognition initiatives, including long-service awards and related employee experience activities.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience delivering L&D programmes within a corporate environment.
  • Strong programme and project management capabilities.
  • Experience managing external learning providers and suppliers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating learning programmes, leadership development initiatives or talent programmes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to support both strategic initiatives and operational delivery.
