The successful candidate will:
- Identify and roll out system improvements.
- Oversee regular management reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure data accuracy.
As part of the HR function based in London, you will manage a team of 2
Analysts as well as overseeing the daily management of the people system. Your responsibilities will include system builds, applying patches/releases, maintaining data flows, ensuring security, and conducting reporting and analytics.
