We are looking for a commercial and proactive HR Business Partner to join our global insurance client on a 12 month fixed-term contract. You will be partnering with senior leaders across the business to deliver on people strategy, cyclical processes and contribute to various HR projects during a time of positive growth and change.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with designated client groups to collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to design and deliver the people strategy across the employee lifecycle during a time of positive growth and change.
- Embed a high-performance culture by supporting year end processes regarding performance and bonus reviews, coaching managers on performance improvement plans and
- Facilitate succession planning, career development, and talent acquisition to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Support organisational change projects, including mergers and acquisitions, by managing people-related impacts and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Champion initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, inclusion, and alignment with the organisation’s values and culture.
- Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver tailored solutions across learning and development, compensation, and employee relations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner ideally within Financial or Professional Services
- A strong understanding of employment law and proven experience working in a regulated environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
