The Role
Working closely with our Consultants, you will play a key role in the delivery of executive search and recruitment assignments. Using our industry-leading technology stack, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and CRM platform, you will identify, engage, and nurture talented professionals while ensuring our database remains active, current, and highly connected.
Success in this role requires curiosity, resilience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work towards clearly defined performance metrics and targets that underpin exceptional client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Consultants in delivering retained search and recruitment assignments.
- Research markets, organisations, and talent pools to identify outstanding candidates.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective candidates and maintain regular contact.
- Utilise our technology platform to drive engagement, connectivity, and talent pipeline development.
- Keep our CRM and candidate database accurate, active, and highly engaged.
- Conduct introductory candidate conversations and assess suitability for opportunities.
- Generate market intelligence and talent insights for clients and consultants.
- Contribute to individual and team performance objectives through targeted activity and engagement metrics.
- Help deliver exceptional outcomes for clients through consistent, high-quality research and candidate management.
