Vimal joined Oakleaf in May 2025, bringing with him 20 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant working across executive search and recruitment businesses. With a sharp commercial mind and a love for the fast-paced nature of the industry, he thrives on helping companies move quicker.
A big believer in working smarter, not harder, Vimal is passionate about automation and streamlining processes wherever possible. He enjoys partnering with senior leadership to show how finance can be more than just numbers—it should be a forward-looking, strategic driver for the business, not just a rear-view mirror.
Outside of the office, Vimal is all about family, fun, and football. He spends most of his free time with his wife, two young children, and a close-knit circle of family and friends. A self-confessed sports nut, he plays 7-a-side football every week and has recently caught the golf bug. Give him a ball and a bit of competition, and he’s in his element!
