Get to know Bruce
I've spent more than a decade working in finance and accounting across a range of industries, including fintech and data analytics. My experience spans financial management, reporting and finance operations, and I particularly enjoy solving business challenges and finding practical ways to improve systems and processes.
I joined Oakleaf in 2026 as Finance Manager. I enjoy the variety of the role, from analysing financial performance to working with colleagues across the business to solve problems and support informed decision-making.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, travelling and exploring new technology. I'm naturally curious and always looking to learn something new, whether that's discovering a new destination, taking on a new challenge or getting stuck into a project.
