Since the launch of our regional business in February 2016 we have gone from strength to strength. Based in the heart of the UK, operating from our office in Birmingham, we cover the Midlands, North and Scotland, and we are very excited that our team has grown, with the recent addition of two very experienced recruiters.
Rebecca Lancelles–Foskett – Becky has recently moved from our London office, having joined Oakleaf Partnership in March 2015 as a Manager in the successful Commerce and Industry team. Becky took a lead on the Retail/FMCG and Leisure sectors managing a highly successful team. She has recently moved to our regional business and is now responsible for leading growth in the East covering East Midlands, Yorkshire, North East and Scotland, handling permanent roles at £50k+ salaries.

Sadie Thomas – Sadie has 15+ years recruitment and resourcing experience, having begun her recruitment career with Robert Half. She has more recently worked for Barclays where she spent 6 years as an Executive Resourcing Business Partner, responsible for Director level recruitment into Barclays UK. She brings with her a wealth of experience and has joined our regional team to grow and develop our interim business across the Midlands, North & Scotland.
