I am thrilled to say I am part of Oakleaf Partnership again after 3 years in Geneva.
I initially joined Oakleaf Partnership in 2013 where I was involved in interim HR recruitment. It has rapidly grown since I left and is more successful than ever, including the great success of our Midlands region business. This has given us more of an appetite to expand outside of London, therefore I have now re-joined to manage HR recruitment in the Thames Valley area, both on a permanent and interim basis.
Historically Oakleaf have had some loyal clients and candidates in this area and we see it as a huge growth potential outside of London. The Thames Valley is known as the ‘Silicon Valley of Europe’, and is considered one of the most economically vibrant and well-connected communities in the UK. It is home to some of the world’s most successful global brands, innovative small businesses, and novel new generation entrepreneurs.
I would love to hear from all HR candidates in the surrounding areas who are looking for their next challenge or just some career advice. I am of course eager to also connect with as many clients, so I can support you with your HR recruitment needs enabling your business to reach its full potential.
