A word from our Talent Manager, Martha Rutherford

Our people are at the very heart of what we do, and we understand the importance of putting our people first, it is this focus that has allowed us to buck the norm and achieve the unprecedented growth we have. A people-first company creates a unified team of motivated and engaged employees–leading to happy customers.

This has been a busy year, ensuring as we grow, we don’t lose sight of the individual and the necessary support is in place from their first day. We now have a bespoke induction that incorporates group and individual 121 training at desk to ensure our consultants can fully support our customers. We have developed the first oakleaf management scheme which gives our people the necessary skills to manage in the current economic environment.

Training is now taking a more holistic approach, using internal and external trainers. Our employees are offered resilience, confidence and mental health awareness training.
We have continued to improve our flexible working policy and this summer for the first time will introduce summer hours which allows a 12.30 finish on Fridays.

Supporting individual wellbeing is a priority and I am proud that we now have an Employee Assistance Programme.

We have been recognised with The Sunday Times 3* for engagement and I am proud that we are also recognised by The Sunday Times as the 16th best company to work for in London.
