Oakleaf make Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Company in the UK list for 4th consecutive year

"It gives me great pleasure to announce that, for the 4th year in a row, we are a Sunday Times Best Small Company in the UK. Given our unprecedented headcount growth over the past year, it’s even more pleasing to have maintained our 3 star rating for employee engagement – an accolade we are especially proud of.

Hot off the heels of a fantastic night at Battersea Evolution, there are a few sore heads in the office this morning after celebrating Oakleaf Partnerships placing of #45 in the Sunday Times Best Small Company in the UK and 15th in the top 75 Best Small Companies to Work For in London. The audience, which was made up of both the top 100 best small companies in the UK and the top 100 best not for profit organisations, enjoyed an exciting evening filled with drinks, music and dancing.

To remain in the top 50 since our first appearance in 2016, whilst maintaining 4 consecutive years of 3-star employee engagement, is a demonstration of our commitment to our people, values and purpose which collectively produce the award-winning workplace and culture we are delighted to nurture."
