Shared Parental Leave – that is not actually shared.

Interestingly the majority of the men surveyed did not perceive that taking a larger share of parental leave would harm their career prospects. As the market continues to demand more and more for flexible working arrangements and as shared parental leave demand grows it is time for HR to take a proactive step.
