The executive and tech team in Oakleaf’s London office hosted their first in a series of breakfast seminars to discuss the challenges of Diversity within Technology organisations. The event was hosted by Andrew Porter from Beyond Diversity and was held at the fabulous Zone Digital Offices in Kings Cross. HR Directors and Diversity Leaders working for a variety different organisations came together to share ideas and thought leadership on Diversity and Inclusion in their organisations.
Areas discussed were around the actual differences between Diversity and Inclusion, as well as ensuring that it’s not just a board initiative, by empowering operational leaders to drive diversity and inclusive leadership. The group went onto discuss the challenges of Diversity within their different organisations.
