Last week, amongst the floods and dismal weather, Oakleaf didn’t allow this to dampen our spirits in the least: Oakleaf Payroll proudly hosted the very first Midlands-based Breakfast Payroll round table networking event, in partnership with Halfords, who were generous enough to host the event at their head office based in Redditch, Worcestershire.
The choice of topics were selected by the Payroll professionals in attendance, and our two hour Round table discussion was over in what seemed like the blink of an eye, covering hot topics such as IR35 and the effects on their teams and their businesses, Brexit, Payroll recruitment pains and experiences, as well as a detailed discussion regarding Payroll systems and gaining insight into other Payroll leaders experiences.
