Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to announce five new senior additions to the London team.
James Brice-Wallis joins the leadership team as our Finance Director, to replace Jacquie Delaney who is taking early retirement. James is a qualified management accountant who spent the last ten years of his career at Morgan Hunt, the last three as Group Finance Director. James brings a wealth of recruitment experience as well as a deep understanding of budgeting, controls, compliance and risk.
Jennifer Scrivener and Penny Daniels both join our growing Executive Search business. Jenny brings eclectic knowledge of the Executive Interim HR market and with over 20 years’ experience, her reputation is built on a track record of successful delivery. Penny has an excellent reputation for the delivery of senior HR search mandates across all sectors, with a recent focus on the TMT sector. Oakleaf’s collective years of HR Executive Search experience has now grown from 75 to well over 100 years!
Tom Godden joins our Commerce business as a Senior Manager. Tom will take a leadership role, managing the team and driving the further development of the permanent HR business. He will personally focus on the Oil & Gas, Mining, Pharmaceutical and Transport and Logistics markets, delivering senior permanent HR appointments. With over 12 years’ recruitment experience, Tom brings a great deal of experience to an already highly successful team.
Last, but by no means least, after six months of travelling the world, we are thrilled to welcome back Jessica Phelan. For over 3 ½ years, before setting off on her adventures, Jess was an integral member of their Financial Services, where she established and developed many key relationships across her client base. Jess returns to Oakleaf to work alongside Alan Hewett, delivering senior permanent HR hires across the Financial Services sector.
