The Oakleaf Parntership & Eversheds Sutherland recently hosted a quarterly Midlands HR Director’s Dinner. The event was an open discussion with senior HR professionals and Employment Law Partners from Eversheds Sutherland where we discussed the impact of the recent Uber case and the impact on “Gig” workers, contractors and flexible working.
