Oakleaf continues to hire top talent

John O’Brien has joined the Firm as a Senior Consultant to lead the drive specifically on payroll recruitment looking after junior to senior level positions including payroll implementation specialists.  John began his recruitment career in 2004, after spending 6 years as a part qualified accountant for an Australian insurance firm and then a year working with Deloitte within their HR team. John’s background is accounts, finance and payroll recruitment within the junior to part qualified market place.  He prides himself on his consultative approach and strong communication skills between his clients and candidates. John commented “I joined Oakleaf to work for a leading brand and to work alongside the best consultants in their chosen field”.

The Third Sector Division – our specialist business area wholly focussed on opportunities across the public sector, and not for profit entities continues to grow as a result of ongoing demands from clients  –  with two key hires:

Sonya Robinson joins as a Senior Consultant focussing on interim HR professionals from the mid to senior level.  With an extensive career in both payroll and HR recruitment, Sonya was looking for the next step in her career to further develop her love for and desire to develop within the HR recruitment market.

Georgina Knowles joins as Associate Consultant within the Third Sector Division, having graduated in early 2013. She commenced her recruitment career in the education sector and then moved to Oakleaf as she was wanting to focus on the HR profession, with a leading  business in the field.

Finally, within the commerce and Industry team, Katie O’Brien joins as Associate Consultant.  As a former British No.1 professional tennis player, some of Katie’s career highlights were reaching a career high with world singles ranking of 84, representing Great Britain in the Fed Cup on numerous occasions and competing in the main draw of 12 Grand Slams.  She is now moving to her next career step at Oakleaf, and we are thrilled that she has selected the Firm as her entry into recruitment.

Nicola Grimshaw comments that the recent hires are reflective of the continuing vision and success of Oakleaf Partnership as a leader in it’s field.  Enjoying year on year NFI growth from 2012 to 2013 of 27%, current year NFI growth is expected to be significantly ahead of this as all business areas are enjoying confident market sentiment.
