Oakleaf achieves IS09001 registration from the British Assessment Bureau

Oakleaf Partnership, the recruitment consultancy that specialises in HR, payroll, reward, pension and human capital services, has achieved the internationally recognised Quality Management System IS09001, establishing Oakleaf as one of the leaders in their field.

IS09001, which was awarded and assessed by the leading Certification Body, the British Assessment Bureau, was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate they are meeting the expectations and needs of their customers, whilst having a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement to their services. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.

Earlier this month, Oakleaf was awarded the highest possible accreditation – three stars – in the 2016 Sunday Times ‘Best Companies to Work For’ list. It means the consultancy has ‘extraordinary’ levels of employee engagement and is one of the top 100 small companies in the UK.

Oakleaf have also recently announced record financial results for the year ended 31 March 2015. Its turnover increased by 47%, net fee income rose by 43% and profit before tax increased by 60%. In addition, candidate placement figures were up by 40%. This is supported by the number of employees working at Oakleaf – up 35% in the calendar year.

Nicola Grimshaw, CEO of Oakleaf, said: “We are delighted to have achieved this internationally-recognised standard, particularly because it demonstrates our commitment to our clients in providing an exceptional recruitment consultancy service, focusing on quality.”
