National Work Life Week

Oakleaf Partnership are proud to champion National Work Life Week 2016 with a number of initiatives to promote greater work life balance. Here at Oakleaf at least 20% of our team work on a flexible or part time basis. We recognise that our people are our greatest asset and we want to look after their well-being and support their non-work lives as best we can so we offer all employees the opportunity to work flexibly, finish on time/early during the working week. We also offer fresh fruit to all members of staff. We are also the only HR recruiter in the UK to have a dedicated part time desk which is uniquely positioned to support the growing part time HR candidate populate and the increasing appetite from clients and businesses for HR talent seeking flexibility.
