Marie – “After returning to work after my 2nd maternity leave in 2017 I was offered a fantastic opportunity to work on mid-management permanent roles in Financial Services. I have thoroughly enjoyed working on interesting permanent mandates ranging from HRBPs to Learning Managers, but I genuinely missed my interim network, having previously spent 6 years building up my portfolio. As Oakleaf grows, opportunities create themselves, and with Zoe Bradley moving to head up our interim executive practice, I jumped at the chance to return and transition back to our very successful and high flying interim and contracts team! ! I will be focusing on day rate and fixed term contract positions with salary ranges from upwards of £55,000 and £350 per day. My key markets will be in Financial and Professional Services. I have just moved over, and already brought in a number of new interim roles!”
