Beth joined us straight from university in July to learn about HR recruitment. She was offered the opportunity to join our Associate Consultant programme and immerse herself in Oakleaf’s values and belief in providing the very best levels of service to our customers. Beth has flourished with our specialist training and the support of her colleagues, learning while she progressed. She very quickly started making placements and earning recommendations from clients and candidates. She has been offered the well deserved next step in her Oakleaf career to run an established temp desk in our successful Financial & Professional Services team.
As a result of her impressive development, we are looking to bring in an Associate Consultant to succeed Beth and build their career.
