Yesterday a group of our consultants attended a HR Speed Dating session, in conjunction with Drive Forward Foundation.
The purpose of this event was to hold a mock interview session for candidates, in an effort to guide and give feedback to them on their CV, interview presentation as well as provide general career advice. It was an excellent event which not only allowed us to put our recruitment skills in action, but also allowed us to build the confidence and ambition of the candidates and allow them to walk away with a plan of action. All consultants involved felt the exercise was incredibly rewarding for a myriad of reasons, and the feedback from the attendees was further testament to this.
It was a pleasure to be affiliated with such a foundation and we look forward to supporting future sessions with Drive Forward Foundation.
