Why did you join Oakleaf?
Company culture played a huge part in why I joined Oakleaf. I like to work with collaborative, creative and ambitious individuals who really care about the job they are doing. I also wanted a chance to progress with my own career by working for a market leading organisation.
Which part of your job do you enjoy the most and why?
Finding people jobs! It is so rewarding to tell someone they have secured their dream job and it is such great job satisfaction.
Which famous person would you most like to invite to a dinner party and why?
It would have to be Graham Norton! He is literally the funniest man alive. I love his energy and I know he would have me in stitches all night.
How would you describe your work/life balance?
Oakleaf offer flexible working hours which is amazing for work life balance. It gives you the option to flex your working hours and means you are always performing at your most productive. Working from home days are also really helpful if you ever need a day away from the office to concentrate on a specific project or task.
What’s the best thing about working at Oakleaf?
The people and culture. I have made some great friends at Oakleaf and I am really lucky I get to work with them 5 days a week!
What’s been your most memorable moment since working at Oakleaf?
Making my first placement after 4 weeks! It was such a good feeling to know all the hard work had paid off and the big bottle of champagne was good too.
