Pensions auto-enrolment, also known as the Workplace Pension Reform, represents one of the biggest challenges for HR and reward professionals in decades. From October 2012, depending on the size of company, all eligible employees must be automatically enrolled into a qualifying company workplace pension scheme unless they decide to opt out.
