Oakleaf Executive have seen a sustained upward trend in executive hiring over the last three months. This is due to return in confidence in the market following an obvious pause in senior hiring for much of 2020. This trend has been consistent across HR Directors and Chief People Officer roles, as well as lead roles within centres of excellence.
