Oakleaf is currently partnering with a Financial Services organisation in search of a Workday Systems Analyst to be responsible for the maintenance and support for the HRIS system. You will act as the Workday SME.
The Workday Analyst role:
- Act as the Workday SME.
- Be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of HR functionality of Workday.
- Be the first point of contact for stakeholders with Workday issues / requests. Provide user support and troubleshoot issues.
- Proactively highlight opportunities for development of the system and functionalities. Work with stakeholders to identify areas that Workday and improve processes.
- Perform EIB uploads.
- Work to improve data accuracy and integrity.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, conduct analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday HCM solutions.
- Liaise with HR and external providers to ensure alignment of technology.
- Lead the design and development of dashboards and reports.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong Workday HCM experience.
- Experience in advanced Workday modules advantageous (Advanced Comp and Workforce Planning)
- Technical and functional knowledge of Workday.
- Experience in data reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Passion for working with Workday and horizon scanning for improvements and advancements.
