Workday Analyst

Oakleaf is currently partnering with a Financial Services organisation in search of a Workday Systems Analyst to be responsible for the maintenance and support for the HRIS system. You will act as the Workday SME.

The Workday Analyst role:

  • Act as the Workday SME.
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of HR functionality of Workday.
  • Be the first point of contact for stakeholders with Workday issues / requests. Provide user support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Proactively highlight opportunities for development of the system and functionalities. Work with stakeholders to identify areas that Workday and improve processes.
  • Perform EIB uploads.
  • Work to improve data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, conduct analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday HCM solutions.
  • Liaise with HR and external providers to ensure alignment of technology.
  • Lead the design and development of dashboards and reports.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong Workday HCM experience.
  • Experience in advanced Workday modules advantageous (Advanced Comp and Workforce Planning)
  • Technical and functional knowledge of Workday.
  • Experience in data reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Passion for working with Workday and horizon scanning for improvements and advancements.
