Senior Reward Analyst

  • Manage the annual Salary Review & Bonus Process
  • Conduct job evaluations relevant to organsisation design
  • Manage market pricing, cyclical market reviews to advise business partners on salary levels, compensation recommendations
  • Lead the annual compensation survey process, including the submission of data and results
  • Create and maintain compensation and benefit documents and resources
  • Support annual benefit reviews with the regional HR teams
  • Monitor the external legislative and competitive environment to ensure compliance with applicable laws across entities and identify trends and opportunities in the rewards landscape
  • Liaise with Finance to support the salary planning and budgeting process, in order to set salary increase budgets, forecast bonus payouts and estimate the costs of various rewards programs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in managing annual compensation review processes
  • Experience in compensation framework design and external market benchmarking
  • Data Analytics platform experience
