We are looking for a career focused senior HR business partner who has already operated as this level, looking to join a progressive organisation that is embarking on significant and exciting change.
Reporting to the HR lead you will bring a broad business partnering skill set with an instinct to operate commercially. You will be engaging in transformation in an organisation that is embarking on a significant period of change at a senior level.
Supporting the HR lead you will play an important role in setting the example to the wider business partnering team bringing broader and commercial thinking. You must be able to demonstrate quick thinking, agile interpretation and communication of complex issues to senior stakeholders across the business. You will, through your natural style set a great example to the wider HR BP team as well as supporting a challenging stakeholder group.
Gravitas with the Exec demonstrating a strong and confident communication style is essential as well as the skills to ask difficult questions and not be side-tracked by the details. The appointment will ideally be a natural successor to the HR lead and will want to lead and manage a team in the medium term.
