Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong ER background to join this family run company based just outside of Cardiff. This role is an FTC for 12 months with an immediate start.
4 day week / flexible working will also be considered.
You will be responsible for:
Developing relationships with key stakeholders to instil confidence in advice
Provide sound HR Advice to the business, with a high focus on proactively managing ER processes
Use questioning, listening and investigation techniques to quickly identify the root cause of a situation and provide advice based on this
Mediate in conflict situations to ensure a mutually agreed, lasting and meaningful resolution
Able to effectively manage situations involving challenging individuals
Deliver training in ER, soft skills, management, process and procedure.
Manage and develop formal processes around disciplinary and grievance
Conduct training of managers to develop a pool of skilled investigators, chairs and appeal chairs
Provide regular and meaningful feedback to the Company to identify patterns and trends in ER issues
Act impartially in all situations to facilitate fair and transparent ER processes
