Senior HR Advisor

I am working with a market-leading professional services organisation in Reading to recruit for an excellent Senior HR Advisor to be part of their team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver the key HR strategies and initiatives ensuring they are embedded successfully throughout the region
  • Managing and assisting with employee relations cases
  • Co-ordinating and supporting with the running of the Year-End and Mid-Year performance review process
  • Supporting the management of the lifecycle of employees, including running inductions and exit interviews
  • Collating and analysing management information
  • Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to provide support and guidance where required to provide a seamless service to the business
  • Work on ad-hoc projects in HR Advisory and Resourcing and the wider HR team
  • Partner with specific business areas to communicate and translate HR strategies into business
  • Manage employee relations case work end to end, including grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE and mediation

This person will:

  • Be customer-focused and have excellent interpersonal skill
  • Have very high attention to detail
  • Be degree educated and CIPD qualified
  • Ideally have experience within a professional service environment
