An International insurer are currently looking for a Senior Global Benefits Manager to join their team based in London. This is a new role in the business working directly under the Global Head of Reward.
Duties will include:
To establish and revise Global Benefits strategy, policy and framework.
Research pension/retirement and benefit related external factors with the potential to have an adverse impact on the organisation
Design, develop and maintain an effective wellness strategy for the company through programs and initiatives intended to benefit the health and well-being of employees with subsequent potential impact on health and wellness plan design and spend.
Support benefits-related due diligence and integration activities associated with mergers and acquisitions. Assist with global mobility requests, identifying implications and establishing appropriate benefits/pensions plans and guidance
Assist in the preparation of the annual report and accounts disclosures, where required, and individual director disclosures in conjunction with the Executive Compensation Manager and Head of Total Rewards to include US based audit and reporting requirements
Work closely with brokers globally in conducting benchmark analysis to identify trends in industry and with competitors, where practicable, to provide locally competitive benefits programs
Successful individual will have:
Extensive experience in global benefits design and management
Experience with American benefits essential
Technical international pensions, retirement & benefits experience
Experience managing vendor/broker relationships
Experience creating and driving a thriving wellness program
Self-starter with the ability to work on their own and as a wider virtual global team
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
