Reward Consultant (18 month FTC)

A leading Wealth Management organisation is looking for a Reward Consultant to support on all aspects of reward; fixed and variable pay, non-consolidated awards and incentives.

Reporting to the Head of Reward. this role will act as a key point of contact to the business and provide support to develop and implement reward strategies and policies and advice on general reward management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the annual reward cycle (including executive pay), design and review of incentive plans, gender pay reporting and aligning the firm's compensation structure

  • Review and design incentives schemes to align to firm strategy

  • Ensure local reward strategies/policies are aligned to the global reward strategy

  • Design and implement a consistent model for completing the annual salary and bonus review

  • Present recommendations to senior management on compensation strategy

  • Identify opportunities to harmonise global reward practices

  • Provision of advice to senior stakeholders, including regarding external market remuneration practice

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Significant reward experience, preferably within a listed organisation

  • A general understanding of pensions and benefits and how they contribute to total reward

  • Excellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of interacting at all levels of seniority and establishing themselves as a subject matter expect
