Recruitment Advisor – Legal

A leading global law firm are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment, this role will have a focus on bringing in talent into the London population, with a focus on experienced hires. As Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • End to end recruitment for experienced hires to include fee-earning and business services
  • Identifying suitable sourcing channels in order to attract best in class talent
  • Assisting hiring managers in creating job specs
  • Screening candidates
  • Managing the interview and assessment process, meeting candidates with hiring managers
  • Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and informing them of market trends
  • Resource planning with hiring managers and wider HR team
  • Building solid candidate pipelines using research, networking and database
  • Hosting and attending recruitment events
  • Ad hoc project work such as developing assessment processes and implementing consistent approaches to recruitment

As Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

  • Previous experience working in agency/in-house, ideally within the legal sector
  • Experience in direct sourcing
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong MS office skills
