Oakleaf has partnered with a Global asset management firm in their search for a Recruiter, this is 6-month FTC to support the business during a period of growth.

The Recruiter will be a joining a small team and supporting the recruitment manger with surplus of requisitions due to positive results by the company over the last year.

The business has offices across EMEA and APAC, the collaborative nature of the organisation means that stakeholder management will be a key skill in this role.

The successful individual will be able to combine their industry experience with a vision for further development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively manage relationships with senior stakeholders within the business
• Actively management recruitment process and agency relationships
• Provide advisory support to hiring managers as well as managing expectations.
