People Partner – Management Consulting

A global consultancy firm are recruiting a People Partner to join their growing business. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Providing day to day guidance and advice to assigned client groups
  • Guiding and coaching managers and employees through employee relations matters
  • Contributing to the people plan strategy
  • Delivering outcomes of the people strategy
  • Supporting client groups through all people programmes such as career development processes, promotions and pay reviews, resourcing and remits through project managing, coaching, advising and adopting a continuous improvement approach
  • Maintaining a good knowledge of current HR thinking and trends
  • Maintaining an up-to-date employment law understanding

As People Partner, you will possess:

  • Strong experience across the full range of people management topics with demonstrable experience of delivering with impact
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong employment law and people management knowledge
