We are working in partnership with a fantastic global organisation in the renewable energy who are seeking an L&D Manager to join them on a 6 month temporary basis. i
If you have extensive L&D experience as a true L&D Manager working for a global business, ideally within emerging markets – this could be the role for you.
What is the role:
To develop the global L&D strategy ensuring a joined-up approach between all entities. To design and deliver learning and development solutions ensuring they are relevant and appropriate to both business and individual objectives. Manage Learning Platforms for the business and related partnerships. To manage the assignment of mandatory training, liase with managers.
Candidate profile/experience:
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering training programmes
- Considerable experience as an L&D professional
- Resilient, self-lead and solution focussed
- Experience in a muti national, global business
