International HR Transformation Senior Manager
This thriving global organisation has a brand new requirement for an International HR Transformation Senior Manager to join their team. This role will require you to use a commercial approach to help clients identify areas of development within their HR strategy through the development of high quality solution design and implementation practices.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Successfully delivering an advisory service to a portfolio of clients on international and domestic programmes.
- Utilizing a commercial approach to identify opportunities that will enable the identification, development and implementation of the HR strategy.
- Helping clients modernise their current processes and develop their employee experience.
- Using an innovative approach to identify potential business development opportunities with an aim of maintaining and building new and existing client relationships.
- Exceptional demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR Transformation is crucial
- Ability to produce excellent levels of work while maintaining a heavy workload
- Previous Project Management experience is key as this will be a big focus of the position
- Experience using an innovative and commercial approach to identify key areas of improvement
- Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
