HRIS Analyst


  • Super user and SME for all HRIS solutions, including Sage People.
  • Maintains and develops the HRIS System
  • Stakeholder Management across the business to facilitate, implement change
  • Resolve service issues and primary contact with external vendors
  • Manage third party relationships with HRIS delivery partners
  • Responsible for HR tools from a functional perspective
  • Supporting software and hardware upgrades
  • Provides backup support to the MI & Insights Analyst

Requirements for this role include

  • SAGE people system experience preferable or exposure and use of SAGE system
  • Experience of managing and developing HR systems, ideally including Sage People.
  • Experience of managing HR reporting and analytics.
