- Super user and SME for all HRIS solutions, including Sage People.
- Maintains and develops the HRIS System
- Stakeholder Management across the business to facilitate, implement change
- Resolve service issues and primary contact with external vendors
- Manage third party relationships with HRIS delivery partners
- Responsible for HR tools from a functional perspective
- Supporting software and hardware upgrades
- Provides backup support to the MI & Insights Analyst
Requirements for this role include
- SAGE people system experience preferable or exposure and use of SAGE system
- Experience of managing and developing HR systems, ideally including Sage People.
- Experience of managing HR reporting and analytics.
