We are working with an established insurance firm in their search for an HR Project Manager to support the implementation of the global roll out of an HR system. You will collaborate with various teams across the organisation, to design and implement the project. This role is initially on a 12 Month fixed term contract with the potential longer term, you’ll be at the forefront of driving change and ensuring a smooth transition to a new HRIS.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to take the next step in their career focusing on HR Projects and Change. Day-to-day, you’ll champion change management processes, engage stakeholders, and support teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the programme team to achieve the vision and objectives of the project.
  • Assist in creating and delivering change implementation plans, including training sessions.
  • Act as first point of contact advising managers and employees with queries.
  • Promote buy-in and take stakeholders on the journey of change.
  • Monitor change activity and reporting, taking proactive steps to address challenges and contribute to continuous improvement.

Profile:

  • Previous experience in HR Projects or Change in a corporate matrix organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships.
  • Prior experience in Workday is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
