Our client is a leading FS business.
Due to a maternity cover, they are in pursuit of a HR & Payroll Analyst to join them on a 9 month FTC.
To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -
be available to start in April
enjoy working on both payroll and HR admin within a small HR team
be able to take the lead on overseeing a UK payroll circa 140 employees monthly which is outsourced
want to gain exposure to or have worked with ADP Freedom
enjoy working on an outsourced payroll and managing the vendor relationship
This payroll is completely outsourced so the role involves dealing with the vendor and managing that relationship as well as being another set of hands to the HR team and keeping the positive reputation of the payroll function upheld.
