HR Manager – Professional Services

A leading accountancy firm are recruiting for an HR Manager to join the team. You will be supporting a specific client group and reporting into a Senior HR Manager. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building a strong understanding of your client group's activities in order to act as a business partner and identify critical business issues
  • Formulating a strategic people plan and anticipating people management priorities
  • Coaching partners, directors and people managers through employee relations issues and escalating to ER team for high-level issues
  • Driving performance management and retention of key talent
  • Working with the HR leadership team and senior managers, leading the development of the People Plan activity
  • Partnering with CoE's in order to provide a best-in-class service
  • Delivering HR projects to support change initiatives

As HR Manager, you will possess:

  • Experience operating at HR Manager level, ideally within a large matrix organisation
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally
  • Good knowledge of employment law
  • Strong coaching skills and ability to adapt to different styles
