HR Data Analyst

Oakleaf are working alongside a successful organisation who are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join their team for 6 months and lead the data reporting function for the wider business.

 

As a HR Data Analyst you will be reporting into the Head of HR Operations and your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Lead the reporting function for the wider buiness
 

 

 

Provide a main point of contact service for technical issues relating to the HR system (ResourceLink)
 

 

 

Preparing quarterly reports on HR related activity
 

 

Look after the service desk and provide a main point of contact service for the wider business globally

Supporting the senior analyst with statutory returns

  

 

The ideal candidate will:

Advanced ability using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
 

 

 

Ability to work to strict deadlines with limited supervision
 

 

 

Proven analytical skills
 

 

 

Experience using a HR System ideal but not essential
 

 

 

Excellent stakeholder management skills
 

 

 

Proven experience working as a motivated member of a team
