HR Business Partner – SVP – Front Office

A global investment bank based in Canary Wharf are looking for a front office HR Business Partner (VP/SVP) to join the HR team.

Reporting in to the EMEA Head of HR (MD) of Front Office, this person as a VP/SVP will be responsible for partnering directly with front office populations (all levels of stakeholder) across a number of EMEA countries to manage all HR / people related matters. You will be comfortable operating in a strategic and operational position in a high touch role as part of a fast-paced high performing global team. You will have a track record managing employee relations, HR projects and annual HR processes working with the broader HR team. You will be an accomplished front office HR Business Partner (VP/SVP level) who is looking to progress within the organisation. You will have ideally operated within other global investment banks / financial services organisations. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
