A highly regarded growing global boutique FS firm is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the HR team in a broad role also leading recruitment (graduate and lateral) globally. The business and HR team are extremely collaborative, engaging and high performing.
Due to growth of the organisation, the are looking to hire another HR Business Partner to join the small HR team in a broad HR Generalist role, supporting the equities population from a generalist perspective but also taking the lead on all graduate & lateral hiring across the organisation (all functions up to director level). The firm consists of circa 300 people at present and grew by circa 80 employees alone last year.
As part of the HR team of 5 you will work closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, Business Heads and broader HR team to operate in a truly generalist position managing activities such as: re-designing the graduate attraction & development programme, re-designing the experienced hire recruitment process, supporting Equities with annual HR processes & projects, managing projects surrounding internal mobility, GDPR, D&I etc.
You will be a smart and articulate HR Generalist ideally operating in another global high touch financial services firm in a broad HR Generalist and / or Recruitment position. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills needed and the ability to work in a fast paced high performance environment. Degree (2:1+) preferred and / or CIPD (desirable).
