A successful, Private Equity backed, rapidly growing insurance business are looking for a seasoned HRBP to look after two client groups in London of circa 300 people. You’ll partner at CEO level within these lines and will report to a People Director and be part of a 45 person HR team.

The role will be a true HR business partner focusing on transformation, partnering with the business in order to achieve growth and development, talent solutions, engagement and delivery of the overall people plan.

We are looking for experienced HRBPs that are ambitious, resilient, tough skinned and that, ideally, have previous Financial Services experience.

Responsibilities:

  • To act as a member of the management teams within your assigned client groups to help deliver superior business performance
  • To lead the people aspects of organisational design and change
  • To work across organisational structures and multiple sites including
  • Manage the talent management process and succession planning for business teams
  • Lead on restructure, planning and evolving to continue growth and development
  • Manage and support the recruitment of key talent
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with the business leads and wider People team
  • Support employee engagement strategy, activities and outcomes
  • Provide performance improvement focus and promote positive changes for the people management policies and processes
  • Analyse the people metrics and take action on trends
  • Management of 1 headcount
  • Work with Group Head of L&D to identify skills gaps and create solutions
  • Work with the People Leadership team to develop the People Strategy
  • Provide support to internal customers through guidance on Human Resources policy and procedures

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience gained within a senior People role
