HR Business Partner

A leading tech brand are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team on an interim basis until the end of the year.

As the HRBP you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the leaders and managers create a place where people love to work
  • Deliver end-to-end generalist People support, including resourcing, employee engagement and culture, organisation design, employee relations, performance management, talent development and succession planning
  • Implement performance management policy
  • Conduct a review of comp and bens

Your profile:

  • You will be a strategic HRBP who has worked within dynamic tech/ media businesses
  • Natural rapport builder with a creative flair
