The role is a Global HR Director level role, leading a team of HR Business Partners as well as acting as Head of Talent and Development. The role holder will be responsible for the direct line management and development of a global team of HRBPs, delivering HR support across a broad group of stakeholders.
The organisation is global and undergoing a change agenda to functional, as well as business unit aligned model. There is a total global population of 5000.
The main purpose of the role is to develop, drive and execute the human resources plan, establishing the business priorities and leading the people agenda to drive a high performance culture aligned to the agreed strategy.
Key responsibilities will include:
Acting a strategic partner to support the people agenda, this will include talent, performance, organisation development/change, culture, leadership and development.
Acting as a trusted coach to the functional leaders to build sustainable leadership capability and succession
Develop and drive the talent plan globally to build sustainable people capability
Partner with HR specialist colleagues to deliver a seamless HR service and provide advice and guidance to leaders on the effective management of organizational and behavioural change and lead the associated HR actions and plans
As a HR leader, build professional capability in the HR team and contribute to the broader HR capability agenda
You will have a strong academic background and experience working as a HR Director / Leader within a global organisation. Experience gained withinTalent and OD is also essential. Experience wiithin FMCG or Technology is prefered but other global matrixed backgrounds will be consideredApply Now
