Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a leading law firm based in the City who are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Executive to join the team on a 12 month contract. You will be reporting into the Graduate Manager and supported by two Graduate Co-ordinators.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Supporting the implementation and coordination of insight days, the Bright Futures programme and vacation schemes across the UK
Developing and implementing a toolkit of training material that can be delivered across internal programmes and externally at campus event
Screen applications for and coordinating interviews, running assessment centres and managing candidate offer process
Working with the Graduate Manager to review the selection and assessment materials on an annual basis
Tracking and reporting on recruitment statistics
Building relationships between the firm and target universities, academics careers advice centres and student societies
Attending internal and external events for both the recruitment and development side of the team
Assisting the Graduate Manager and wider team with ad-hoc projects.
This person will ideally be/have:
Previous graduate recruitment experience at Advisor level or above within a law firm or other professional services.
Confident and personable, with the credibility to act as a strong brand ambassador for the firm.
Positive attitude with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deal with pressure.
Self-motivated and pro-active with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Responsive to tasks with a can-do attitude.
A strong team player with an adaptable and flexible approach.
Excellent organisation, analytical and administration skills.
High attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
